Однако, хотя технологии способствуют улучшению качества жизни, возникает вопрос, в какой степени они действительно устраняют более глубокое социальное неравенство, а в какой только смягчают их симптомы. Для того чтобы технология действительно охватила эти группы и позволила им осуществлять права и свободы, необходимо, чтобы она была интегрирована в более широкий социальный, политический и институциональный контекст, а не просто формально предусматривала ее использование нормативными рамками и стратегиями. В этой научной статье используется подход возможностей (Capability Approach, CA) Амартии Сен и Марты Нуссбаум в качестве теоретической основы для анализа потенциала и вызовов технологий в процессе расширения возможностей людей с инвалидностью. Этот подход делает упор не столько на формальном гарантировании прав, сколько на их адекватной реализации в практике. В частности, ассистивные технологии (АТ) рассматриваются через призму реальных возможностей, свободы выбора и достоинства пользователя, то есть как дизайн, ориентированный к возможностям (Capability Sensitive Design, CSD). Подход возможностей подчёркивает, что технологии следует рассматривать не только как технический инструмент, но и как часть инклюзивной социальной системы, которая устраняет барьеры и поддерживает активное участие людей с инвалидностью. В заключении подчёркивается необходимость многомерного и ценностно-ориентированного дизайна технологий, а также структурных социальных изменений для обеспечения справедливой инклюзии, улучшения социального положения людей с инвалидностью и одновременного соблюдения принципа социальной справедливости. Technology plays a key role in modern society when it comes to improving the social position of marginalized groups, especially people with disabilities. However, although technologies do indeed contribute to improving the quality of life, the question arises to what extent they really address deeper social inequalities, and to what extent they simply alleviate their symptoms. In order for technology to really reach these groups and enable them to exercise their rights and freedoms, it is necessary for this technology to be integrated into a wider social, political and institutional context; it is not enough for us to only formally foresee its use with normative frameworks and strategies. This paper entertains the Capability Approach (CA) of Amartya Sen and Martha Nussbaum as a theoretical framework for analyzing the potential and challenges of technology in empowering people with disabilities, as an approach that emphasizes the adequate implementation of normative frameworks rather than guaranteeing rights. In particular, assistive technologies (AT) are considered through the prism of real possibilities, freedom of choice and user dignity, i.e. as Capability Sensitive Design (CSD). CA emphasizes that technology should not be seen only as a technical tool, but as part of an inclusive social system that removes barriers and supports the active participation of people with disabilities. The conclusion emphasizes the need for multidimensional and value-sensitive design of technology, as well as for structural social changes, in order to ensure fair inclusion, improve the social position of persons with disabilities and at the same time respect the principle of social justice.
