o:9765 Война как способ разрешения противоречий между системами государств: ретроспектива и перспективы ru Новейшая история мира отмечена противоречивым взаимодействием двух глобальных трендов – интеграции, выражавшейся в консолидации государств в системы блоков, и дезинтеграции, со- провождавшейся распадом этих систем вследствие межблоковых конфронтаций. Способом раз- решения противоречий между конфликтующими комплексами государств, как правило, выступала война. В настоящей статье авторы поставили перед собой цель выявить актуальность блокового подхода в современных международных отношениях и определить уровень спроса у акторов ми- ровой политики на войну в рамках такой парадигмы. Для достижения поставленной цели авторы применили методы социо-исторической и политологической аксиоматики, аналогий и прогнозиро- вания состояния систем. Целесообразность выбора методов социо-исторической и политологиче- ской аксиоматики была продиктована детерминированностью исходного утверждения (аксиомы) о войне как одном из инструментов разрешения противоречий между субъектами мировой поли- тики. Логические рассуждения авторов направлены на верификацию данной аксиомы. Апелляция к методу прогнозирования состояния сложных социальных систем позволила оценить вероятность реализации ряда сценарных планов развития мировой ситуации в соответствии с текущей ди- намикой политических событий. При помощи суммы избранных методов научного исследования авторы осуществили попытку обосновать свой главный вывод о желательности и возможности редуцирования насильственно-вооруженного способа разрешения межгосударственных противо- речий в рамках утверждения мультиполярной (надблоковой) модели мироустройства. The recent history of the world has been marked by the contradictory interaction of two fundamental trends – integration, expressed in the consolidation of states into bloc systems, and disintegration, resulted in the collapse of these systems due to inter-bloc confrontations. In most cases, wars have been used as a means of resolving conflicts between opposing groups of states The authors of this paper aim to explore the relevance of the bloc approach in contemporary international relations and assess the demand for warfare within this framework among key actors on the global stage. To achieve this goal, they employ such methods as socio-historical analysis, political science axiomatic, analogies, and system forecasting. Simultaneously, the rationale for selecting methods of socio- historical and political science was predicated on the determinism inherent in the initial premise, or axiom, regarding war as a tool of resolving contradictions between parties in the global political landscape. Furthermore, it was necessary to validate the conclusions drawn by the authors through logical reasoning, aiming to verify the validity of this axiom. The authors deemed it pertinent to implement the method of analogy in order to identify novel aspects of such a multifaceted phenomenon as war, comparing both historical data and contemporary realities. Moreover, resorting to the technique of predicting the state of intricate social systems allowed for an assessment of the likelihood of utilizing various scenarios for the evolution of global circumstances in alignment with the ongoing dynamics of political developments.
