  <dc:description xml:lang="srp">Izvod: Proučavane su neke morfološke i fiziološke osobine polena vegetativnih kopija šest stabala Abies alba var elegantissima Tošić 1995, koja vode poreklo sa Ogorijevca kod Sjenice. Srednja vrednost dužine polenovih zrna varirala je između stabala od 129.21 do 134.95 mikrometara (prosečno 130.76), a širina polenovih zrna od 79.21 do 82.95 mikrometara (prosečno 80.94). Razlike između prosečne klijavosti polenovih zrna (10-30%) i dužine polenovih cevi (13-77 mikrometara), zavisili su od genotipa i uslova klijanja. Najbolji rezultati klijanja polena postignuti su na 5%-nom vodenom rastvoru saharoze (u proseku 56%). Genotipovi sa bordocrvenim mikrostrobilama imali su nešto veće dimenzije polenovih zrna od onih sa bledoroze i zelenožutim strobilama, ali značajno bolje rezultate za klijavost polena i energiju klijanja, naročito u odnosu na genotipove sa žutozelenim strobilama.

  <dc:description xml:lang="eng">Abstract: Some morphological and physiological characters of the pollen of vegetative copies of six trees Abies alba var elegantissima Tošić 1995, originating from Ogorijevac near Sjenica, were studied. Mean value of pollen grain length varied from 129.21 to 134.95 micrometres (average 130.76), and pollen grain width from 79.21 to 82.95 micrometres (average 80.94). The differences between the average germination percentage of pollen grains (10-30%) and pollen tube lengths (13-77 micrometres) depended on the genotype and germination conditions. The best results of pollen germination were achieved on 5% water solution of sucrose (average 56%). The genotypes with dark red microstrobiles had somewhat larger dimensions of pollen grains than those with pale pink and greenyellow strobiles, but significantly better results of pollen germination rate and germinative energy, particularly compared to the genotypes with
green-yellow strobiles.
