2025 srp Kratak sadržaj: Oblast naučnoistraživačkog rada smatra se delom identiteta svake države, a nauka i istraživanje shodno tome, ubrajaju se u ključne elemente značajne za razvoj svake države. Nauka i istraživanje spadaju u oblast od suštinskog strateškog značaja za dalji razvoj Evropske unije, pa su kao takvi prepoznati i u Osnivačkim ugovorima. Legislativni tretman naučnoistraživačke delatnosti u Republici Srbiji čine Ustav, zakoni, podzakonski akti i strateški dokumenti. Prema članu 2 Zakona o nauci i istraživanjima, nauka i istraživanje kao delatnost od posebnog značaja za sveukupni razvoj Republike Srbije, zasnovana na znanju, iskustvu i veštinama, zajedno sa visokim obrazovanjem je pokretač privrednog i ukupnog društvenog razvoja. Posebno značajnim u oblasti razvoja naučnoistraživačkog rada u Srbiji smatra se uspostavljanje i negovanje kapaciteta i performanci portala eNauka. Portal eNauka koji je u punom kapacitetu otvoren za sve aktivne istraživače u Srbiji 3. jula 2023. godine učinio je vidljivim, transparentnim na nivou cele države sve podatke koji se tiču naučnoistraživačkih organizacija, istraživača i njihovih rezultata. Brojne su prednosti ovakvog pristupa. Između ostalog, migriranjem dostupnih rezultata iz dosadašnjih baza koje nisu bile jedinstvene u jedan celovit sistem eNauke značajno olakšava pristup, evidenciju i diseminaciju rezultata svakog registrovanog istraživača. Pored rečenog, dostupan je pregled ključnih administrativnih, kao i naučnih podataka svake naučnoistraživačke organizacije, a sistem akreditacije naučnoistraživačkih organizacija značajno je pojednostavljen. Abstract: The field of scientific research work is considered a part of the identity of each country, and science and research, accordingly, are considered key elements important for the development of each country. Science and research belong to an area of essential strategic importance for the further development of the European Union, so they are recognized as such in the Founding Treaties. The legislative treatment of scientific research activities in the Republic of Serbia consists of the Constitution, laws, by-laws and strategic documents. According to Article 2 of the Law on Science and Research, science and research as an activity of special importance for the overall development of the Republic of Serbia, based on knowledge, experience and skills, together with higher education is the driver of economic and overall social development. Establishing and nurturing the capacity and performance of the eNauka portal is considered particularly significant in the field of scientific research development in Serbia. The eNauka portal, which was opened in full capacity for all active researchers in Serbia on July 3, 2023, has made all data concerning scientific research organizations, researchers and their results visible and transparent at the level of the entire country. There are numerous advantages of this approach. Among other things, by migrating the available results from the previous databases that were not unique into one complete eNauka system, it significantly facilitates the access, recording and dissemination of the results of each registered researcher. In addition to the above, an overview of the key administrative and scientific data of each scientific research organization is available, and the system of accreditation of scientific research organizations is significantly simplified.
