o:8827 ДРВОРЕЗНИ НАДГРОБНИ КРСТОВИ КОД СРБА НА ПОДРУЧЈУ ОПШТИНЕ ЛЕПОСАВИЋ – ДАР ПОКОЈНИКУ ЗА ЧЕТРДЕСЕТОДНЕВНИ ПОМЕН sr Пажња у раду посвећена је једном до сада недовољно истраженом сегменту народне традиције Срба на Косову и Метохији везаном за посмртне обичај- но-обредне праксе, који је данас специфичан посебно за подручје општине Лепоса- вић. Реч је о постављању великих крстова од дрвета на гроб покојника, које чланови породице и најуже родбине покојнику за четрдесетодневни помен намењују као дар. Карактеристично за наведене крстове, који се у говору Срба на подручју општине Ле- посавић зову крст, понегде и крстача, јесте то да њихова израда подразумева приме- ну богате орнаментике, сходно чему се они, између осталог, могу посматрати као вид традиционалног уметничког стваралаштва локалног становништва. Циљ истраживања презентованог у раду базиран је на покушају приказа неколико главних особина поме- нутог феномена, у чему је посебна пажња посвећена разумевању симболике проучава- не праксе у перцепцији њених непосредних носилаца – Срба на подручју лепосавић- ке општине, односно сагледавању начина употребе дрворезних надгробних крстова у контексту култа мртвих код припадника истраживане српске заједнице. Резултати представљени у раду добијени су на основу теренског истраживања у Лепосавићу, Ле- шку и још двадесет пет оближњих села, спроведеног током 2024. и 2025. године. The author of this paper focuses on a hitherto insufficiently researched element of the folk tra- dition of Serbs in Kosovo and Metohija related to posthumous customary and ritual practices. It’s about placing large wood-carved crosses on the grave of the deceased for the forty-day commemora- tion, which is a practice that, historically speaking, was recorded more widely among Serbs in Ko- sovo and Metohija, but also in central Serbia. When it comes to the southern Serbian province, that practice till today has been preserved mostly in the territory of the Leposavić municipality, which is why it can be said that in the modern, current moment, it represents the element of traditional cul- ture specific to the Serbian population in the aforementioned area. What is characteristic of observed wood-carved crosses is that their creation involves the use of rich ornamentation, which means that they can be viewed as a form of traditional art of the local Serbian population.
