  <dc:description xml:lang="srp">Svet je naišao na krizu 2020. godine za koju niko nije mogao da se pripremi. Zarazna bolest COVID-19 uticala je na način na koji živimo i radimo. Zemlje su morale da se zatvore i nametnu socijalno distanciranje kako bi minimizirale stopu zaraze i rezultirajuće smrti. Takođe, mnoge javne i privatne institucije kao što su univerziteti i škole morali su da zatvore svoja vrata.[1] Brza digitalizacija nastala je kao rezultat soci- jalnog distanciranja.[2] Pošto su digitalne tehnologije i mogućnosti organizacije osnova svakog puta digitalne transformacije, lako je razumeti da je neefikasnost IT-a da odgo- vori na promene i podrži sveukupnu transformaciju poslovanja značajan izazov. Tokom pandemije COVID-19, univerziteti su se suočili s naglom potrebom za digitalnom tran- sformacijom. Mnogi su prešli na online nastavu kako bi nastavili obrazovni proces, što je predstavljalo veliki izazov za institucije koje nisu bile spremne za takve promene. Ova transformacija je promenila način na koji univerziteti funkcionišu i može biti put ka veli- kim promenama u visokom obrazovanju.</dc:description>
  <dc:description xml:lang="eng">The world faced a crisis in 2020 for which no one could have been prepared. The infectious disease COVID-19 affected the way we live and work. Countries had to shut down and impose social distancing measures to minimize infection rates and result- ing deaths. Additionally, many public and private institutions, such as universities and schools, had to close their doors.[1] Rapid digitalization emerged as a result of social dis- tancing.[2] Since digital technologies and organizational capabilities are the foundation of every digital transformation journey, it is easy to understand that IT inefficiency in responding to changes and supporting overall business transformation is a significant challenge. During the COVID-19 pandemic, universities faced a sudden need for digital transformation. Many transitioned to online teaching to continue the educational pro- cess, which posed a significant challenge for institutions unprepared for such changes. This transformation has altered the way universities operate and could pave the way for major changes in higher education.</dc:description>
