o:7660 Osnovni elementi regulacije bankarskog sistema Republike Srpske sa osvrtom na ulogu agencije za bankarstvo Republike Srpske Basic Elements of Regulation of the Banking System of Serbia with Reference to the Role of the Banking Agency of the Republic of Srpska sr Apstrakt: Regulacija bankarskog sistema, podrazumijeva jasne zakonske propise koji uređuju osnivanje banaka i drugih kreditnih organizacija, određivanje njihove djelatnosti, precizno definisanje računovodstvenih standarda, efikasan sistem interne i eksterne kontrole javno objavljivanje podataka o finansijskom poslovanju i uspostavljanje sistema javne kontrole bankarskog sistema. Razvojem savremenih bankarskih sistema u uslovima tržišne privrede, liberalizacije tržišta i deregulacije bankarske regulative, poseban akcenat je naglašen na regulaciju sigurnosti i uspostavljanje stalne supervizije bankarskog sistema. Osnovni cilj regulacije sigurnosti i stalne supervizije bankarskog sistema je očuvanje njegove stabilnosti i sigurnosti, stalno unapređenje i razvoj, otklanjanje rizika u poslovanju kreditnih organizacija, zaštita potrošača, obezbjeđivanje konkurentnosti bankarskog tržišta. Cilj ovog rada je istražiti osnovne elemente regulative, strukture i modela supervizije bankarskog sistema Republike Srpske. Abstract: Regulation of the banking system, implies a clear legal regulations governing the establishment of banks and other credit organizations to determine their activities, precise definition of accounting standards, an efficient system of internal and external control and public disclosure of information on financial operations and the establishment of a system of public control of the banking system. With the development of modern banking system in the market economy, market liberalization and deregulation of banking regulation, special emphasis was accentuated on the regulation of safety and the establishment of permanent supervision of the banking system. The main objective of the regulation of safety and constant supervision of the banking system is to preserve its stability and safety, continuous improvement and development, the elimination of risk in the business credit organizations, consumer protection, ensuring the competitiveness of the banking market. The aim of this paper is to explore the basic elements of the legislation, structures and models of supervision of the banking system of the Republic of Serbian.
