https://unilib.phaidrabg.rs/o:7537 ISSN: 0351-9147 Bojović, Srđan Marović, Radovan Zbornik radova Instituta za šumarstvo number: 34-35 startpage: 57 endpage: 64 In the Institute of Forestry and Wood industry in Belgrade in the course of the spring and summer of 1990 yr, 19 races of silkworm were reared, which eggs were imported from Bulgaria at the beginning of the same year. The results of statistical analysis of a few qualities of silkworm, as: hatching, production of cocoons, diameter and length of cocoons and silkness have shown the existance of statistically significant differences between races, i.e. their expressed genetical poymorphism. Better results in respect to the remaining races have shown: Hebar 1, Ukrainska 13, Taškenskaja 15, Vraca 1, № 371.
