  <dc:description xml:lang="eng">This paper discusses the changes in the education system that are shifting towards models founded on collaboration between educational institutions and businesses. Moreover, these models are built upon new technologies, digitization, lifelong learning, sustainable development, and innovative educational approaches, with the goal of aligning the education system as much as possible with the demands of the economy. The research findings outlined in the paper demonstrate the level of collaboration between educational institutions and businesses, the pace of investment in human resources for further education and training, perspectives regarding sustainable development, as well as predictions regarding future directions and trends in development.</dc:description>
