o:7505 MIKROBIOLOŠKE I HEMIJSKE OSOBINE PRIRODNO KOMPOSTIRANE KORE LIŠĆARSKIH VRSTA DRVEĆA NA DEPONIJI U FABRICI CELULOZE I PAPIRA ,,MATROZ" MICROBIOLOGICAL AND CHEMICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF THE COMPOSTED BARK OF BROADLEAVED TREES sr The quality of naturally composted bark of broadleaved trees from a cellulose factory refuse storage was investigated. The microbiological and soil analyses and the results of the biotest of wheat (Triticum vulgare) and black pine (Pinus nigra) sowing have shown that naturally composted bark represents a high quality organic manure. It has a high content of all basic groups of microorganisms indicating a suitable ratio of C:N, the content of organic matter being over 70%. The degree of humification exceeds 50%, resulting in a high content of nutritive elements, especially nitrogen.
