  <dc:description xml:lang="eng">It was found that degradation level determines participation of the main
species in the total number of trees of the dominant and codominant layer.
When one unwanted species takes dominant place, the stand is so much
degraded that the reconstruction becomes the only radical meliorative measure.
Such stands are classified according to degration level in the class IV. and no
further studies of stand structure are necessary.
In the stands in which the valuable species of plant community is not
pushed into the background, the number and disposition of trees of the quality
groups 1. and 2. have to be determined and adequate stabilization measures
undertaken.</dc:description>
