  <dc:description xml:lang="eng">The selection of highly productive mono-spore strain of the fungus Agaricus
bisporus (Lange) Tr. was made, as well as the establishment of pure cultures
of qualitative morphological strains.
An appropriate technique was realised for mass production of champignon -
mycellia of great productive capability and high resistance against harmful insects
