<dc:description xml:lang="eng">If we examine the cross sections of the primary silver fir stem in different
periods of time some changes in anatomical structure could be observed:
1. Silver fir tunica wraping up apical meristem like a veil is built up of
5 layers of prameristem cells.
2. In differentiation zone of the primary ten days old tree the cells are
not differentiated.
3. In differentiation zone the cells have been differentiated and at the
cross section of the primary twenty days old stem the folowing could be seen:
epidermis, primary bark, central cylinder and heartwood while the cambium
takes shape of a star.
4. On a stem 58 days of age the cambium is formed in the shape of ring.
5. The transfer from the pirimary to the secundary structure of the silver fir tree is gradual.</dc:description>
