The analyse of average annual and monthly values of temperatures and precipitation has not pointed at the intensity and periodicity of drought intervals with negative ecological effect. However, the analyse of a round of days without precipitation during the vegetation period together with the analyse of preoipitation values according to Thorthweit have shown that droughty years lasted from 1981 to 1986. A very strong drought was recorded in 1985 with 153,6 mm of moisture deficit from July to October in continuity. The strong drought continued in 1986 with 58,8 mm of moisture defioit during August and September. The moisture surplus during vegetation period has not been recorded in any of analysed droughty years.
