  <dc:title xml:lang="srp">UTICAJ 2,4-D NA DOVRŠAVANJE RAZVIĆA I REPRODUKCIJU SVILENE BUBE</dc:title>
  <dc:description xml:lang="srp">Korištenjem 2,4-dihlorfenoksisircetne kiseline kao biljnog regulatora ili kao
pesticida moze se nenamjerno kontaminirati i hrana svilene bube. Na osnovu dosadašnjih
ispitivanja uticaja 2,4-D na druge insekte, očekivani su slični efekti i na
svilenoj bubi. Posebno su proveravani raniji nalazi kod gubara (Lymantria dispar) o
pojavama: kanibalizma, pojačanog uzimanja hrane, smetnjama pri razviću i
razmnožavanju.
U preliminarnom eksperimentu 25 malih grupa jedinki svilene bube - Bombyx mori L.
(1 do 34 gusjenice završnog stadija) istog dana su bile uključene u ishranu sa lišćem
duda namakanim u 0,1 ; 0,01; 0,001 iii 0,0001% rastvor 2,4-D. Nije konstatovana
pojava kanibalizma, a nisu ustanovljena značajna odstupanja u konzumiranju hrane
kontaminirane sa 2,4-D.
Primjenjeni tretmani hrane sa 2,4-D dovode do promene udela oplodenih jaja u leglu,
a rastvori 2,4-D koncentracije 0,01 i 0,001% neznatno povećavaju broj uginulih
pronimfi lutki u kokonima.</dc:description>
  <dc:description xml:lang="eng">Usage of 2,4 dichloriphenoacidic acid as a herbivore or a pesticide can
unintentionally lead to contamination of silkworm feed. On the basis of the studies
done so far on the influence of 2,4-D on other insects, similar effects were expected
on the silkworm. Special attention was paid to reviewing previous findings on gypsy
moth (Lymantria dispar), particularly of the occurrences of cannibalism, gluttony,
development impediments and propagation.
In the preliminary experiment. 25 small groups of individual silkworms -Bombyx mori
L. (consisting of 1 to 34 caterpillars in the final stage) were started to be fed on the
same day with mulberry leaves soaked in 0.1; 0.01; 0.001 and 0.0001% water solution of 2,4-D. The occw-rence of cannibalism was not registered, and neither were any
significant exceptions in the consumption of feed contaminated with 2,4-D.
The applied treatments of feed with 2, 4-D cause the alteration of content of impregnated
eggs in a hatch, and 2,4-D solutions of concentrations 0.01 and 0.001% slightly
increase the number of dead praepupae and pupae in cocoons.</dc:description>
