    <ns1:description language="sr">Za delovanje gasovitih polutanata na biljke lisna površina je udarno
mesto. List je osnovna laboratorija najvažnijih životnih procesa biljaka (asimilacija,
disimilacija, transpiracija idr.), pa je morfoanatomsko-histološka građa
asimilacionih organa u funkciji tih procesa. Zbog toga narušavanje ove grade iii
pojedinih segmenata, pa čak i na ultrastrukturnom nivou, slabi te osnovne životne
funkcije.
Biljke reaguju na zagađivače ranije, kada su prema parametrima dosadašnjih
klasifikacija potpuno zdrave i bez ikakvih vidljivih oštećenja. Ultrastrukturne
promene u organelama ćelija su prvi pokazatelji da neke materije negativno utiču
na razvoj biljke. Vrlo su značajna i stereoloska istraživanja koja ukazuju na
poreklo zagađivača i način njegovog unošenja u biljku.
U radu su izneti početni koraci u ovim istraživanjima na području kolubarskog
regiona prikazom osnovnih metodoloških postavki istraživačkog rada na dijagnostici
otpornosti drvenastih vrsta na aerozagađenja.</ns1:description>
    <ns1:description language="en">The leaf surface is the most exposed to the influence of air pollutants.
The leaf is the basic laboratory of the most important life functions (assimilatory,
dissimilation, transpiration, etc.) and the morphoanatomical and histological
structure of the assimilatory organs has the same function. The destruction of this structure or its segments, even at the ultrastructure level, weakens the basic
life functions and the energy of the plant.
Plants react already in the very early stage, even when they are fully fit and without
any visible damages, according the official classification. Ultrastructural
changes of the cell objects are the first sign of the pollution adverse influence.
Moreover, the stereological researches are important to show the polluter origin
and the method of its penetration into the plant.
This paper shows the character of the pollution influence on the plants in the open
pit in the Kolubara Basin at the beginning of our research of woody plant resistance
to air pollution.</ns1:description>
