<dc:description xml:lang="srp">Kratak sadržaj: Cilj rada ,, Novi trendovi i tehnologije u obrazovanju” predstavlja analizu i diskusiju ostvarenih
komunikacione tehnologije u oblasti nauke.
Pitanje visokih plata i brza mogućnost zapošljavanja dovodi do, takozvanog trenda zaokreta, odnosno dugoročne tendencije lomljenja trenda uz poštovanje pozitivne pravne regulative, zakonskih i podzakonskih akata. Visoke plate u informaciono komunikacionom sektoru privlače veliki broj diplomiranih, visokoobrazovanih mladih
ljudi i dovode do naglog zaokreta, lomljenja IK trenda pošto jednog dana mora doći do prezasićenosti usled velikog
odgovore učesnika u testiranju ili anketnom popunjavanju upitnika, poboljšati stepen i unapređenje komunikacije
između obrazovne ustanove i javnosti kroz afirmaciju rada same ustanove, kao i uspostavljanje pozitivnog imidža i rešavanje važnih pitanja i problema u funkcionisanju i radu institucije.</dc:description>
<dc:description xml:lang="eng">Abstract: The aim of the work "New trends and technologies in education" is an analysis and discussion of the realized effects of program implementation with reference to the areas of informational development trends
communication technologies (ICT) and their impact on the organization of the school system, eight-year and high
school education and the influence of new trends in decision-making high school students for admission to faculties that have information and communication in their title technology in the field of science. Prospective students, in the first enrollment period, generally opt for studies en masse which have the name "information" in the title of their
diploma, since they are information professionals they contribute to the demand for such students and faster
employment regardless of their faculty finished. It seems less important whether it is the state or private sector in employment, graduated students opt for
employment in the ICT sector, which most often attracts ICT engineers due to the high monthly income (salary) and
the realization of an existence sufficient for survival and an average life. The problem appears on the other side, i.e. until recently, prestigious faculties where physics or mathematics are studied did not enroll a sufficient number of quality students in the first enrollment period, but relied on the second and third enrollment periods, where they did not receive first-class students, but students with lower grades. abilities, eloquence and more. The problem manifests itself already during studies, since a smaller number of students, within the deadline, bring their studies to an end, that is, complete the educational plan provided by the program and with a tendency of lower grades by age. The issue of high salaries and the quick possibility of employment leads to the so-called turning trend, that is, the long-term tendency to break the trend while respecting positive legal regulations, legal and by-laws. High salaries in the information and communication sector attract a large number of graduated, highly educated
young people and lead to a sudden turn, breaking of the ICT trend, as one day there must be oversaturation due to a large number of graduated ICT specialists. On the other hand, faculties with programs of mathematics, physics and
other disciplines will achieve lower results, since due to the existence of priority trends when enrolling in IC technologies, other areas of education must enroll the remaining students in a different or some differential term. With the help of statistical data and descriptive elements, the poor entry quality factor of student enrollment in the
first year of study could be expressed and new solutions and technologies proposed that would contribute to the stabilization and improvement of other sectors in education. It is necessary to consult the ministries and institutions
responsible for the improvement of education, to evaluate the responses of participants in testing or filling out questionnaires, to improve the level and improvement of communication between the educational institution and the
public through the affirmation of the work of the institution itself, as well as the establishment of a positive image and solving important issues and problems in functioning and the work of the institution.</dc:description>
