U sumama užeg gradskog područja Beograda, u državnoj svojini, utvrđeno je prisustvo 16 genetički ugrozenih dendrovrsta i jedna retka vrsta. Među vaskularnom florom beogradskih šuma evidentiran je priličan broj ugroženih (26) i retkih (51) vrsta od kojih je znatan broj pred iščezavanjem. Među ugroženom i retkom kao i ostalom evidentiranom florom beogradskih šuma veliki je broj korisnih vrsta zbog svojih jestivih, Iekovitih ili medonosnih svojstava. Sixteen genetically endangered tree and shrub species and one rare species were identified in state forests of Belgrade narrow city region. Belgrade forests contain a considerable number of endangered (26) and rare (51) species of vascular flora, of which a substantial number is threatened by extinction.
