    <ns1:description language="sr">Kratak sadržaj: Visoko obrazovanje nikada nije moglo biti posmatrano izolovano od privrede, potreba poslodavaca i tržišta rada. Međutim, istorijski gledano, upravo prethodna konstatacija nije uvek poštovana i visoko obrazovanje je dugi niz godina egzistiralo kao poseban stub i deo društva koji je školovao studente za zanimanja koja ili više ne postoje ili postoji njihov suficit. Nakon otvaranja delatnosti visokog obrazovanja ka tržištu i sa pojavom privatnih
visokoškolskih institucija, javlja se i potreba revizije visokog obrazovanja, usklađivanje sa bolonjskim procesom i trendovima u Evropi i okruženju. Uporedo sa navedenim, povezivanje privrede, Nacionalne službe za zapošljavanje i
visokog obrazovanja nije odmah zapratilo trendove promena. Nakon značajnih novina u visokom obrazovanju, još dugi
niz godina je trebao da se ono prilagodi privredi i potrebama tržišta rada. Moglo bi se čak tvrditi da je to prilagođavanje
proces koji još uvek nije završen i na kojem je potrebno konstantno i kontinuirano raditi. Autori ovog rada su pokušali
prikazati početak tog procesa, te njegovo trenutno stanje, kao i predložiti određene metode pomoću kojih bi se postigla
neophodna simbioza visokog obrazovanja sa potrebama privrede i poslodavaca.</ns1:description>
    <ns1:description language="en">Abstract: Higher education could never be viewed in isolation from the economy, the needs of employers and the labor market. However, historically, the previous statement has not always been respected and higher education has existed for many years as a special pillar and part of society that educated students for occupations that either no
longer exist or there is a surplus. After the opening of higher education activities to the market and the emergence of
private higher education institutions, there is a need to revise higher education, alignment with the Bologna process and trends in Europe and the surrounding area. Along with the above, connecting the economy, the National Employment Service and higher education did not immediately follow the trends of change. After significant innovations in higher education, for many years it had to adapt to the economy and the needs of the labor market. It could even be argued that this adjustment is a process that is not yet complete and that needs to be worked on constantly and continuously. The authors of this paper tried to show the beginning of this process, and its current
state, as well as to propose certain methods by which to achieve the necessary symbiosis of higher education with the needs of the economy and employers.</ns1:description>
