<dc:description xml:lang="eng">Abstract: In today's business environment, telework
has become more common. It provides a win-win
situation for employers and employees. Namely, for
workers, the benefit is the flexibility to work when
they want and where they jobs, across geographies.
On the other hand, employers reduce labor costs.
During the COVID 19 pandemic, the number of
workers who did their work from home increased
significantly and it is predicted that this way of
working will continue its growth trend not only due
to the flexible and agile ways of working. but also
due to cost reduction opportunities this change
brings.</dc:description>
