  <dc:description xml:lang="srp">Kratak sadržaj: Studija slučaja već niz godina predstavlja ne samo savremeni oblik obrazovanja kao i stručnog
usavršavanja, ono već se izjednačava sa jednim od najkvalitetnijih metoda obrazovanja u kojem se podstiče analitičko, kritičko ali i kreativno razmišljanje. Nikako ovaj način prenošenja znanja i prakse ne sme da bude jedini izvor, ali
svakako nužna je njegova primena u obrazovnom ciklusu kako u društvenim tako i u prirodnim naukama. U ovom
radu pored prikaza aktuelnog definisanja termina ,,studija slučaja“ kao i onoga čega je reprezent, razmotriće se
pojedini pozitivni ali i negativni aspekti ovog modaliteta edukacije na svim nivoima studija ali i u kasnijim stručnim
usavršavanjima. Zatim, u radu će se prikazati i rezultati ankete koja je sprovedena kod studenata Pravnog fakulteta
za privredu i pravosuđe u Novom Sadu. Na kraju rada ukazaće se na zaključke autora koji su proistekli iz ovog istraživanja.</dc:description>
  <dc:description xml:lang="eng">Abstract: For many years, the case study has been not only a modern form of education as well as professional training,it is already equated with one of the highest quality methods of education in which analytical, critical and creative thinking is achieved. By no means should this way of transferring knowledge and practice be the only source, but its application in the educational cycle in both the social and natural sciences is certainly necessary. In this paper, in addition to presenting the current definition of the term &quot;case study&quot; as well as what it is representative of, some positive and negative aspects of this modality of education at all levels of study will be considered, as well as in later
professional training. In the paper will be presented with the results of a survey conducted among students at the Faculty of Law for Economics and Justice in Novi Sad. At the end of the paper, the conclusions of the authors that emerged from this research will be pointed out.</dc:description>
