  <dc:description xml:lang="srp">Kratak sadržaj: Uspostavljanje sistema menadžmenta kvaliteta na univerzitetskom nivou osigurava mogućnost
praćenja toka svih procesa koji se odvijaju na univerzitetu, ali i na fakultetima u sastavu univerziteta. Menadžment
kvaliteta možemo shvatiti kao sistemsku, strukturalnu i stalnu pažnju na kvalitet, u smislu održavanja i poboljšanja
kvaliteta svih procesa koji se odvijaju u jednoj instituciji. Kroz uspostavljanje interne kontrole i sistema menadžmenta
kvaliteta dolazi se do realnih podataka o stanju na univerzitetu i samim tim o mogućem prostoru za poboljšanje ili
promene. Univerziteti, kao obrazovne institucije, predstavljaju katalizator nauke, istraživanja, inovativnosti i
kreativnosti. Na globalnom nivou broj studenata raste, naročito u zemljama u razvoju u koje spada i Srbija. Na
Univerzitetima je veliki pritisak da stvore uslove za adekvatno osposobljavanje studenata za buduće poslove, kroz
pružanje adekvatnh znanja i veština koje će biti korisne na tržištu rada. Međutim, samo osposobljavanje studenata za
određeni posao nikako ne može biti jedini cilj univerzitetskog obrazovanja. Edukacija na tercijarnom nivou mora sebi
da postavi zadatak da svojim studentima omogući razvoj kritičkog mišljenja i stava u širokom spektru, koje nije vezano
samo za nalaženje određenog posla. Visoko obrazovanje mora imati zadatak da diplomce „naoruža“ alatima
potrebnim da učestvuju u društvenim procesima u širem smislu, da ih menjaju, kreiraju i da sebi i svojim kolegama
stvaraju bolji put u današnjoj socio-ekonomskoj klimi.</dc:description>
  <dc:description xml:lang="eng">Abstract: Establishing a quality management system at the university level ensures the possibility of
monitoring the course of all processes that take place at the university, but also at the member faculties within the
university. Quality Assurance can be understood as systemic, structural, and constant attention to quality, in terms
of maintaining and improving the quality of all processes that take place in one institution. Through the
establishment of internal control and quality assurance system, realistic data can be obtained on the situation at the
university and thus on the possible room for improvement or change. Universities, as educational institutions, are a
catalyst for science, research, innovation, and creativity. Globally, the number of students is growing, especially in
developing countries, such as Serbia. Universities are under great pressure to create conditions for adequate
training of students for future jobs, through the provision of substantial knowledge and skills that will be useful in
the labor market. However, training students for a specific job alone can by no means be the only goal of university
education. Education at the tertiary level must set itself the task of enabling its students to develop critical thinking
and attitude in a wide spectrum, which is not only related to finding a certain job. Higher education must have the
task of &quot;arming&quot; graduates with the tools needed to participate in social processes in a broader sense, to change
them, to create them, and to create a better path for themselves and their colleagues in today&apos;s socio-economic
climate.</dc:description>
