Leaves semi-erect, narrowly linear, 7-12 x (0.4-)0.5-0.6 cm at flowering, glaucescent; margins flat. Scape semi-erect, (12-)13-14(-15.6) cm long, bears a single flower on short pedicel. Flower c. 19 mm in diameter. Outer perianth segments shallowly concave, narrowly obovate, 14-16(-17) x 4-5 mm, white NN155D with a green 140B mark at the apex, bluntly pointed. Inner perianth segments cuneate, 8-9 x 4-5 mm, entirely green 140A except for narrow white NN155D margins and apex, paler near base; sinus minute. Ovary cylindrical.
