o:5993 Kafka i Altiser o interpelaciji aparatom: od sprave za mučenje do poligrafa Kafka and Althusser on interpellation by apparatus: from torture devices to the polygraph sr Sažetak: U tekstu se bavim problemom interpelacije aparatom, od sprave za mučenje do savremene upotreba palice, nanogice i poligrafa, u kontekstu važnih teorijskih pojmova kao što su interpelacija, anomija, državni aparat i sl. Zahvaljujući interpelaciji individua postaje subjekt prava. U „Kažnjeničkoj koloniji“, Kafkinoj priči iz 1919, nalazimo opis torture koja se vrši postepenim urezivanjem presude u telo osuđenika, posredstvom složenog aparata. U igri su dva značajna teorijska koncepta: anomija (Dirkem) i interpelacija (Altiser). Anomija je stanje u kome se nalazi subjekt suočen sa normama koje zahteva društvo i neadekvatnim sredstvima za njihovu realizaciju. Interpelacija je obraćanje pojedincu, u ovom slučaju posredstvom državnog aparata i tehničkih sredstava, zahvaljujući kojoj pojedinac zadobija subjektivitet, postajući podanik. Ta dva momenta se ukrštaju kada aparat za mučenje postane beznadežno nesavremen, a službenik mu ostaje veran, pošto je spoljašnji aparat zamenjen unutrašnjim. Danas funkciju aparata preuzimaju poligraf, palica, nanogica i sl, uz promenu elemenata interpelacije, ali uz zadržavanje stanja anomije. Summary: The text deals with the problem of interpellation through the apparatus, from the torture device to the modern use of baton, ankle monitor and polygraph, in the context of important theoretical concepts such as interpellation, anomie, state apparatus, etc. Thanks to interpellation, an individual becomes a law subject. In his story “In the Penal Colony” from 1919, Kafka describes a torture method carried out by gradually carving a verdict into the convict’s body, by means of a complex apparatus. There are two important theoretical concepts at play here: anomie (Durkheim) and interpellation (Althusser). Anomie is a state experienced by a subject faced with norms imposed on him by society and inadequate means for their realization. Interpellation addresses an individual, in this case through the state apparatus and technical means, thanks to which the individual acquires subjectivity. These two points intersect when the torture apparatus becomes hopelessly outdated, but the office worker stays faithful to it as the external apparatus has been replaced by an internal one. Nowadays, the function of the apparatus has been replaced by the polygraph, baton, ankle monitor, etc., with a change in the elements of interpellation, and the state of anomie being maintained.
