Primena informatičkih dostignuća raste eksponencijalno svakoga dana i
<dc:description xml:lang="eng">Summary: Life in the IT age has its advantages but also its shortcomings. Digital era has emerged and has become an integral part of life for all of us. Although Serbian positive law withdraws its roots from Roman law, some institutes that existed
for several millenniums have undergone certain changes that have reflected their effectiveness, in a positive sense. In this paper, the author will try to show how the sales contract was adapted to the conditions of modern life and whether it had impact on its efficiency. Special attention will be paid to the positive solutions of the countries in our environment, with particular reference to the countries of the Western Balkans and the opportunity for their faster economic development.
The application of IT achievements increases exponentially every day and
will certainly have more impact on other legal institutes, but this impact is currently the most visible in the domain of concluding and executing obligations from electronic
purchase contracts, which is why the author decides to process this is the topic. In addition to general observations regarding the electronic contract, the author will try to point out all the advantages of this kind of business vision and possible drawbacks that it carries with it.</dc:description>
