  <dc:description xml:lang="eng">Abstract: Nowadays, education has become the key factor in reaching success in life. Education, science and
research are very important in creation of qualitative and strong economy of every country. Every state in the world
has its own education policy. Different types of strategy modify state and quality of education. Universities are the
highest education, scientific and art institutions. The quality of higher education is one of the main criteria in moving
borders and improving itself on the world` s market. University education has to reflect the market requirements and to
break the new ground for the education in the scientific sphere. Universities support creativity of students as well as
teachers.</dc:description>
