  <dc:description xml:lang="srp">Saažetak: Potreba za elektičnom energijom u svetu progresivno raste. Ovakav trend rasta je teško pratiti
jer bi pritom došlo do prekomernog zagađenja životne sredine i nestanka postojećih rezervi. Ovako složeni uslovi
proizvodnje i potrošnje električne energije rezultuju stalnim povećanjem cene električne energije. Globalna slika
se menja i obnoviljivi izvori energije se smatraju ključnim faktorom budućih strategija razvoja. U bližoj
budućnosti od energije Sunca očekuje se naročito značajan doprinos. U Srbiji je za 40 % sunčevo zračenje veće
od evropskog proseka, ali i pored ove značajne činjenice korištenje sunčeve energije u Srbiji daleko zaostaje za
evropskim zemljama zbog toga što je Srbija malo uložila u upotrebu obnovljivih izvora energije. Krajnji cilj ovog
rada jeste upoznavanje sa značajem solarne energije, istraživanje tržišta za istu, te analiza ponude i potražnje
solarne energije u Republici Srbiji. Zaključak upućuje na to da je prelazak na obnovljive izvore energije u
Republici Srbiji usporen uprkos činjenici da ovakvi izvori energije obiluju kapacitetom i količinom.

Such complex conditions of production and consumption of electricity result in a constant increase in the price of
electricity. The global picture is changing and renewable energy sources are considered a key factor in future
development strategies. In the near future, solar energy is expected to make a particularly significant contribution.
In Serbia, solar radiation is 40% higher than the European average, but despite this significant fact, the use of solar
energy in Serbia lags far behind European countries because Serbia has invested little in the use of renewable
energy sources. The ultimate goal of this work is to get acquainted with the importance of solar energy, research the
market for it, and analyze the supply and demand of solar energy in the Republic of Serbia. The conclusion indicates
that the transition to renewable energy sources in the Republic of Serbia has slowed down despite the fact that such
energy sources are abundant in capacity and quantity.</dc:description>
