    <ns1:description language="sr">Sažetak: Digitalna komunikacija omogućava zaposlenima da komuniciraju i sarađuju bez obzira na njihovu fizičku lokaciju. Ova fleksibilnost može doprineti boljoj ravnoteži između posla i privatnog života i potencijalno smanjiti konflikte na poslu. Ipak, digitalna komunikacija ima i pozitivne i negativne uticaje na odnose i konflikte na radnom mestu. Alati za digitalnu komunikaciju kao što su e-pošta, trenutne poruke i video konferencije omogućavaju brzu i praktičnu komunikaciju, podstičući veću povezanost među članovima tima. Ovo može poboljšati saradnju, kao i deljenje informacijai pomoći u izgradnji odnosa na različitim geografskim udaljenostima. Sa druge strane, digitalna komunikacija može dovesti do pogrešnog tumačenja poruka zbog odsustva neverbalnih znakova kao što su izrazi lica i ton glasa. Ovo potencijalno može dovesti do nesporazuma, sukoba ili zategnutih odnosa ako poruke nisu pažljivo osmišljene i protumačene. Preterano oslanjanje na digitalnu komunikaciju može da umanji interakcije licem u lice i lične veze, što dovodi do bezličnog radnog okruženja. Digitalna promena i transformacija, utičući na ekonomski i društveni kontekst, utabali su put za pojavu brojnih novih pojava i obrazaca ponašanja. Jedan od ovh fenomena je digitalni mobing, koji je ozbiljna vrsta digitalnog nasilja koje šteti pojedincu i čini tamnu stranu digitalizacije. U ovom radu, autori će najpre objasniti fenomen digitalnog mobinga, njegove vrste i efekte na pojedince. Zatim će izložiti primere digitalnog mobinga iz prakse kroz aspekte zdravstvenih radnika i profesionalnih vozača u drumskom saobraćaju, njegove vrste, nivo i sugestije za njegovu prevenciju primenom različitih strategija.</ns1:description>
    <ns1:description language="en">Abstract: Digital communication allows employees to communicate and collaborate regardless of their physical location. This flexibility can contribute to a better work-life balance and potentially reduce conflicts at work. However, digital communication has both positive and negative impacts on relationships and conflicts in the workplace. Digital communication tools such as e-mail, instant messaging, and video conferencing allow for quick and convenient communication, fostering greater connection among team members. This can improve collaboration as well as information sharing and help build relationships across geographical distances. On the other hand, digital communication can lead to misinterpretation of messages due to the absence of non-verbal cues such as facial expressions and tone of voice. This can potentially lead to misunderstandings, conflicts or strained relationships if messages are not carefully crafted and interpreted. An over-reliance on digital communication can diminish face-to-face interactions and personal connections, leading to an impersonal work environment. Digital change and transformation, affecting the economic and social context, paved the way for the emergence of numerous new phenomena and patterns of behavior. One of these phenomena is digital mobbing, which is a serious type of digital violence that harms the individual and constitutes the dark side of digitization. In this paper, the authors will first explain the phenomenon of digital mobbing, its types and effects on individuals. Then he will present examples of digital mobbing from practice through the aspects of health workers and professional drivers in road traffic, its types, level and suggestions for its prevention by applying different strategies.
