  <dc:description xml:lang="srp">Sažetak: Pandemija Covid-19 ima neosporan uticaj na ekspanziju rada od kuće. Za vreme vanrednog stanja, važila je Uredba o organizovanju rada poslodavaca za vreme vanrednog stanja na osnovu koje su poslodavci bili dužni da omoguće zaposlenima rad od kuće ili na drugom odgovarajućem mestu koje se nalazi izvan njihovih prostorija, saglasno opštem aktu
i ugovoru o radu. Ili, ukoliko ovaj oblik organizacije i/ili izvršavanja rada nije bio utvrđen opštim aktom i ugovorom o radu, da donesu rešenje na osnovu koga bi bio primenjen, saglasno organizacionim uslovima. Kada je ukinuto vanredno stanje, broj obolelih i umrlih od COVID-a 19 je nastavio da raste tako da rad od kuće nije izgubio na aktuelnosti. Neposredno
uporište za njegovu primenu i u budućnosti u kojoj, nadamo se, neće biti ovog smrtonosnog
virusa, pruža Zakon o radu. Njime je omogućeno zasnivanje radnog odnosa za obavljanje
poslova izvan prostorija poslodavca, dok su pojedincima sa radnim odnosom u ovom
modalitetu garantovana sva prava kao i zaposlenima sa standardnim radnim odnosom, ali i neka posebna prava koja respektuju specifičnost njihovog položaja.</dc:description>
  <dc:description xml:lang="eng">Summary: Covid-19 pandemic has undoubtedly affected the increase in working from home.
During the proclaimed state of emergency, the Decree on organizing the activity of employers during the state of emergency stated that the employer is obliged to enable employees to perform work from home or outside the premises of the employer, at any workplace where such work can be organized in accordance with the general act and the employment contract. Or, if such form of organization and/or work activity is not provided by the general act, the employer may issue a decision allowing the employee to perform work outside the employer’s premises, in accordance with organizational conditions. When the state of emergency was terminated, the numbers of Covid 19 cases, both infected and dead continued to rise, allowing this form of organization and/or performing work to continue. The immediate stronghold for its further application in future, hopefully, without this deadly virus, is given by The Labour Law. It enables employment contract for performing work outside the premises of the employer, ensuring the employees in this type of contract the same rights as the employees at a standard workplace, but also special rights wich resepect specifity of its position.</dc:description>
