Пажња је посвећена и обуци, а нагласак је на борбеном путу ове јединице, односно, на сукобе деведесетих година. Као специјална јединица са најдужом традицијом, 63. падобранска бригада је свакако поставила параметре специјалног ратовања на просторима бивше Југославије, а њене старешине и војници су постављене задатке извршавали професионално уз минималне губитке. Abstract: The paper briefly presents the history of the 63rd Parachute Brigade from its establishment in 1944 until the NATO aggression against the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia in 1999. Attention is also paid to training, and the emphasis is on the combat path of this unit, that is, on the conflicts of the nineties. As a special unit with the longest tradition, the 63rd Parachute Brigade certainly set the parameters of special warfare in the territories of the former Yugoslavia, and its officers and soldiers carried out the assigned tasks professionally with minimal losses.
