o:5117 Савремено тржиште услуга Modern services market sr Резиме: Полазна премиса овог рада је у чињеници да данас услуге и услужни сектор представљају главни фактор савремене економије. Услужни сектор се рапидно развија и расте, са констатном тенденцијом раста и развоја. Развија се посебна грана економије, тзв. услужна економија, са значајним импликацијама на економски раст и развој и конституисање економске политике. Са развојем услужне економије, долази и до раста и развоја услужног друштва, а услужно друштво је исто што и савремено друштво, јер услужне делатности представљају суштину модерног начина живота. Такође, овде треба споменути и услужно право, као нову правну грану, која изучава услуге, као потпуно хетерогену врсту делатности. У раду се посебно изучавају одређене тржишне законитости, које доприносе расту и развоју услужног сектора, уз приказивање статистичких података, који могу да буду од значаја за ово истраживање. Такође, пажња ће се посветити тржишним конкуренцијама, тржишним компетицијама и проблему нелојалне конкуренције. Summary: The starting premise of this paper is the fact that today services and the service sector represent the main factor of the modern economy. The service sector is rapidly developing and growing, with a constant tendency of growth and development. A special branch of the economy is developing, the so-called service economy, with significant implications for economic growth and development and the constitution of economic policy. With the development of the service economy, there is also the growth and development of the service society, and the service society is the same as the modern society, because service activities represent the essence of the modern way of life. Also, service law should be mentioned here, as a new legal branch that studies services, as a completely heterogeneous type of activity. The paper specifically studies certain market laws, which contribute to the growth and development of the service sector, along with the presentation of statistical data, which may be of importance for this research.
