  <dc:description xml:lang="srp">Sažetak: Proizvodna funkcija posmatrana u kontekstu proizvodnje na
poljoprivrednom gazdinstvu predstavlja fizički odnos između inputa i
outputa.
Cilj rada je da se prikaže uticaj količine azotnog đubriva na prinos
kukuruza, odnosno modeluje proizvodna funkcija kao osnov ekonomski
racionalne upotrebe inputa na poljoprivrednom gazdinstvu. Poznavanje
proizvodne funkcije omogućiće menadžeru da izabere koji će nivo inputa
upotrebiti, a u zavisnosti od postavljenog kriterijuma.
U istraživanju se primenjuje matematička analiza i modelovanje, metod
ogleda, posmatranje, regresija i korelacija i drugi opšti naučni metodi.
Korelaciona zavisnost količine upotrebljenog azotnog đubriva i prinosa
kukuruza je u stvari pojednostavljen primer proizvodne funkcije sa jednim
inputom i jednim outputom. Dobijena proizvodna funkcija može se izraziti
jednačinom: y = 0.75x + 0.0042x2
 – 0.000023x3
Maksimalan prinos kukuruza (13,69 t/ha) ostvaruje se sa primenjenom
količinom azotnog đubriva od 181.59 kg. Maksimalan profit (520 $)
ostvaruje se primenom nešto manje od 180 kg/ha azotnog đubriva.
Poljoprivrednici intuitivno i iskustveno kombinuju vrste i obim inputa, a za
ekonomičniju proizvodnju treba da primene proizvodnu funkciju. </dc:description>
  <dc:description xml:lang="eng">Abstract: The production function observed in the context of production on
agricultural holdings represents the physical relationship between input
and output.
The aim of the paper is to show the influence of the amount of nitrogen
fertilizer on the yield of corn, ie model the production function as the basis
of economically rational use of inputs on agricultural holdings. Knowing
the production function will allow the manager to choose which input level
to use, depending on the set criteria.
The research uses mathematical analysis and modeling, method of
observation, observation, regression and correlation, and other general
scientific methods.
The correlation dependence of the amount of nitrogen fertilizer used and
the corn yield is in fact simplified as an example of a production function
with one input and one output. The resulting production function can be
expressed as an equation: y = 0.75x + 0.0042x2
 - 0.000023x3
The maximum yield of corn (13,69 t/ha) is realized with the applied quantity
of nitrogen fertilizer of 181.59 kg. The maximum profit ($ 520) is achieved
by applying slightly less than 180 kg/ha of nitrogen fertilizer.
Farmers intuitively and experientially combine the types and scope
of inputs, and for more economical production, they need to apply the
production function.
