Sažetak: Cilj rad je prikaz rezultata istraživanja vršenog na teritoriji AP Vojvodine sa cilj utvrđivanja u kojoj meri se informaciono komunikacione tehnologije koriste u vođenju procesa stečaja. Problem koji se pojavljuje prilikom pokretanja stečajnog postupka nedostatak relevantnih informacija. Preduzeća koja su pred stečajem najčešće nemaju dovoljno sredstava da održavaju svoj informacioni sistema. Nedostatak jasne strategije, sredstava i volje da se održi ažurnim informacioni sistem preduzeća koje ide ka stečaju je sledeći razlog koji dovodi do kreiranja problema. Sa druge strane stečajni upravnici su ograničeni procedurama i pravilima koje moraju da poštuju, takođe većina stečajnih upravnika ima svoj informacioni sistema.
