In developed European countries,which are also the main destinations of Serbian ICT exports, thecompetitiveconditionsaregettingtougher,sosurvivalandimprovement of the position in such markets implies investingadditionaleffortstoraisethelevelofcompetitiveness.Thepermanentdevelopmentofknowledge,creativityandinnovationisthestartingpointforthegrowthandsuccess ofthesecompaniesand an important tool for achieving competitiveness, which isespecially evident in the conditions of global and internationalbusiness. Most of the companies in the ICT sector are micro andsmall businesses.
