o:4399 Краткий обзор воинских частей в Дардании ru Аннотация. В статье дается небольшой обзор воинских частей, их расположения и роль на Дарданской земле. Центр этой территории целиком включает в себя нынешнюю территорию южной сербской провинции Косово и Метохия, которая во время римского владычества относилась к Верхне-Мезийской провинции, а затем имела статус самой провинции. Учитывая административно-правовую реформу, а также военную реформу, проведенную в конце третьего века, роль Дарданской области, когда речь шла об армии, особо не отличалась, она сводилась скорее к экономической роли в плане обеспечения мирной эксплуатации природных ресурсов и их безопасной транспортировки, а также тылового обеспечения воинских частей на границе. Abstract. This paper elaborates the summary of military units, their arrangement and role on the Dardanian soil. The center of this territory includes in its entirety the present-day area of the southern Serbian province of Kosovo and Metohija, which during the Roman domination belonged to the Upper Mesian province, and later gained the status of a province itself. Considering the administrative and legal reform, as well as the military reform, carried out at the end of the third century, the role of the Dardanian area, when it comes to the army, did not differ much, it was reduced more to an economic role in terms of ensuring the peaceful exploitation of natural resources and their safe transport, as well as logistical support for military troops at the border.
