<dc:description xml:lang="srp">Sažetak: Dosadašnji koncept neodrživog razvoja doveo je, između ostalog, do ozbiljnih problema
poljoprivrede i proizvodnje hrane. Negativni efekti dosadašnje konvencionalne poljoprivrede su
mnogobrojni: erozija i degradacija poljoprivrednog zemljišta, povećano korišćenje veštačkih
đubriva, povećano korišćenje pesticida, neracionalno korišćenje vodnih resursa, korišćenje
antibiotika i stimulansa i negativni efekti stočarske proizvodnje, korišćenje GMO kao
kontroverzne biotehnologije, klimatske promene. Posledice svega toga su problemi zdravstvene
bezbednosti hrane. Opasnost je biološka, hemijska ili fizička materija u namirnicama ili stanje
namirnica koje može uzrokovati štetne posledice po ljudsko zdravlje. Pored ovih opasnosti rizik predstavljaju i hemijski kontaminanti: teški metali, industrijski zagađivači, lekovi i
mikrotoksini.
biljnoj i stočarskoj proizvodnji zaštiti životna sredina. Zelena ekonomija (zelena poljoprivreda)
je jedan od najperspektivnijih globalnih razvojnih koncepata koji treba posebno da dođe do
izražaja u poljoprivredi i proizvodnji zdravstveno bezbedne hrane. S tim u vezi važno je slediti i
primenjivati strategije EU u okviru „Zelenog dogovora“. Posebno je važno razvijati organsku
poljoprivredu.</dc:description>
<dc:description xml:lang="eng">Summary: The current concept of unsustainable development has led, among other things, to serious problems in
agriculture and food production. The negative effects of conventional agriculture so far are numerous:
erosion and degradation of agricultural land; increased use of fertiližers; increased use of pesticides;
irrational use of water resources; use of antibiotics and stimulants and negative effects of livestock
production; use of GMOs as controversial biotechnology; climate changes. The consequences of all these
negative effects are food safety problems. A hažard is a biological, chemical or physical substance in food
or a food condition that can cause harmful effects on human health. In addition to these hažards, chemical
contaminants also pose a risk: heavy metals, industrial pollutants, drugs and microtoxins. Chemical
contaminants include plant protection products. Radical changes are needed at all levels. Economics has
taken over this historical task: through the concept of the so-called new economy, there is an increasing
aspiration to achieve that goal. An important segment of the new economy is the green economy, which
should provide the concept of sustainable agricultural production, as opposed to the previous concept of
unsustainable development. Sustainability implies the necessity to protect the environment in intensive
plant and livestock production. Green economy (green agriculture) is one of the most promising global
developmental concepts, which should be especially evident in agriculture and the production of safe
food. In this regard, it is important to follow and implement EU strategies within the framework of the
"Green Agreement". It is especially important to develop organic agriculture.</dc:description>
