o:4270 Перспективе заштите деце од злоупотреба на интернету Perspectives of child protection from the internet misuse sr Summary: The greatest number of human innovation products simultaneously with their exceptionally positive and useful functions have their bad and dangerous functions, which are often overshadowed by the positive aspects of the given innovation. The Internet is a system that has enormous influence on the life as we know it today, but aside from the all of its benefits, the Internet, by its nature, allows realization of harmful and ill intents. And as the Internet is being massively used by children, the problem becomes more serious and more dangerous. In this paper the authors first identify various forms of dangerous or criminal behavior on the Internet whose targets are children, and then the available methods of child protection from the Internet misuse. In the end, the authors conclude that in its nature the problem is such that the way to completely eliminate potential misuse of the Internet and damage it makes cannot be found, but that the problem can be mitigated and controlled in a certain measure. Сажетак: Највећи део производа људских иновација поред својих изразито позитивних и корисних функција истовремено има и своје лоше и опасне функције које често буду засењене позитивним аспектима дате иновације. Интернет је систем који има енормни утицај на живот какав данас знамо, али поред свих својих користи, интернет, по својој природи омогућава и остваривање штетних и злих намера. А како интернет масовно користе и деца, проблем постаје озбиљнији и опаснији. У овом раду аутори најпре наводе различите облике опасног или криминалног понашања на интернету чија су мета деца, а онда и расположиве методе заштите деце од злоупотреба на интернету. Напослетку, аутори истичу да је проблем по својој природи такав да се не може наћи начин да се потенцијалне злоупотребе на интернету и штета коју оне праве у потпуности елиминишу, али да овај проблем може да се ублажи и контролише у одређеној мери.
