Clinical evidence results often from randomized trials which are published in high impact medical journals and presented at scientific meetings. These presentations and publications present a challenge for the correct interpretation of the design and the analyses. Appropriate interpretation is a necessary step for the clinical teams when attempting to apply this evidence to everyday clinic- al practice.
