2015 Археолошка налазишта, историјски споменици и индустријски комплекс као јединствена целина уз примену рационалних решења представљају потенцијал у креирању привредног развоја предметне области. Историјске специфичности подручја са намером уређења деградираних простора у сврху очувања квалитета животне средине функционално је потребно објединити са туристичким потенцијалима. У том смислу неопходно је покренути активности на санацији свих запостављених површина, које су након индустријске искоришћености остале препуштене природној егзистенцији. Трајна стабилизација, уређење и уклапање са пејзажним одликама ококлног терена претходи успостављању еколошке равнотеже као дела комплекса ширег подручја са туристичким потенцијалом. The archaeological sites, historical monuments and industrial complex can be adapted by the application of rational solutions, thus creating an integrated and multifunctional center with a full potential for economic development of the whole area. Restoration and remediation activities of degraded areas aimed to preserve the quality of the environment should functionally combine the historical specificity of the location with the tourism potentials. In this sense, it is necessary to initiate the measures for rehabilitation of all neglected areas, abandoned and remained under the natural impact after cessation of industrial activities. Permanent stabilization, restoration and incorporation of the landscape features of surrounding terrain are prerequisite for the establishment of ecological balance in the wider area, enabling sustainable tourism potential.
