Disiminacija novih tehnologija donosi nove izazove и poslovanju rudarskih kompanija, a i brigu о
prihvatanju promena kod zaposlenih. Rad se bavi procenom razvoja digatilizacije и rudarskim
kompanijama и Srbiji. Metodologija istraživanja je usmerena na merenje i tumačenje digitalizacije
kvalitativnim i kvantitativnim metodama. Nalazi istraživanja pokazuju kako se poslovanje rudarskih
kompanija pretvara и digitalno doba i daje sve ono što je potrebno da se spoje rudarski procesi sa
novom tehnologijom и cilju održivog razvoja.</ns1:description>
    <ns1:description language="en">ABSTRACT
The dissemination of new technologies brings new challenges in the business of mining companies,
as well as the concern of accepting changes of employees. The paper deals with the assessment of
the development of digitalization in mining companies in Serbia. The research methodology is
focused on measuring and interpreting digitalization by qualitative and quantitative methods. The
results of the research show how the business of mining companies is transforming into the digital
age and provides everything needed to combine mining processes with new technology for
sustainable development.</ns1:description>
