It is explicitly emphasized that literature created in the Serbian language, primarily for ideological and political reasons, was marginalized and forcibly separated from the mainstream of Serbian literature, created in the central part of Serbia, although it did not lag behind at all in terms of emphasized aesthetic and literary values.
