o:225 Selection of sustainable business model during the COVID-19 pandemic in Serbia en ABSTRACT In order to better understand the business of companies in Serbia during the COVID-19 pandemic, ISO-Standard 45001: 2018 requires a detailed analysis. The paper presents an assessment of the impact of the consequences of COVID-19 on business using the AHP and PROMETHEE methods. Analysis of the condition of employees during COVID-19, provides an opportunity to see the socio-economic consequences of companies. The author's task is to choose a sustainable business model during the COVID-19 pandemic. The results of the research provide a picture of business models that can survive during the emergency measures caused by the COVID-19 pandemic prescribed by the Government of the Republic of Serbia.
