o:2191 Pitanje bezbednosti u okviru ekonomije evropskih integracija The issue of security within the framework of european integration economics sr Sažetak: Predmet istraživanja ovog rada obuhvata problematiku evropskih ekonomskih integracija, kao specifičan ekonomski, politički, globalni fenomen, kao i aktuelna pitanja iz domena bezbednosti u okvirima zajedničke bezbednosne i odbrambene politike. U tu svrhu, u radu će biti prikazan razvoj evropskih integracija i stvaranje Evropske unije, osnovni instrumenti politike proširenja, ekonomski napredak i bezbednosni aspekti integracija i proširenja Evropske unije. Dok u oblasti ekonomije i zajedničkog tržišta Unija ostvaruje velike pomake i ostvareni rezultati postaju stvarnost evropskog naroda i njene privrede, po pitanju politike i delovanja EU u segmentu bezbednosti, i dalje preovlađuje zastoj u razvoju zajedničkih ciljeva, naročito u oblasti spoljne i bezbednosne politike, gde su prisutni različiti, često veoma kontradiktorni spoljnopolitički interesi država članica, i gde su velike nepodudarnosti u vođenju spoljne politike razlog slabog intenziteta delovanja u kreiranju efektivnije bezbednosne i odbrambene politike. Zaključci rada ukazuju na činjenicu da se ciljevi bezbednosne i odbrambene politike morati svesti u jasne i izvodljive okvire za samu Uniju. Abstract: The subject of this research paper covers the issues of European economic integration as a specific economic, political and global phenomenon, as well as current issues from the domain of security within the framework of common foreign and security policy. For this purpose, the paper will present the development of European integrations and the creation of the European Union, the basic instruments of enlargement policy, economic progress and the security aspects of EU integrations and enlargement. While from the perspective of economics and the common market the Union is making big progress and the results achieved have become the reality of the European people and EU economy, in terms of the EU policies and activities in the domain of security, there is a standstill in the development of common goals, especially in the field of foreign and security policies. In this area there are often diverse and quite contradictory foreign political interests of the member states and major discrepancies in the conduct of foreign affairs, which is the reason for the low intensity of action in creating a more effective security and defence policy. The conclusions of the paper point to the fact that the objectives of security and defence policy must be clear and feasible for the European Union itself.
