Korišćenjem novih društvenih mreža, mobilnih uređaja, digital-ne tehnologije omogućavaju velika poslovana poboljšanja i stvaranja novih organizacionih promena. Organizacije se usredsređuju na organizacione promene kroz digitalnu transformaciju kako bi bolje zadovolje promenljive potrebe potrošača. U ovom radu autori imaju za cilj da ilustruju pozitivan i ne-gativan odnos između razvoja digitalne tehnologije i organizacionih promena.</ns1:description>
    <ns1:description language="en">Digital technology is one of the main trends for today’s business causing the profound changes in society and organizations. Using the new social networks, mobile devices, digital technologies enable the major business improvements and creation of the new organizational changes. Organiza-tions are focused on making the organizational changes through digital transformation to better meet the changeable needs of consumers. The aim of the authors in this paper is to illustrate the positive and negative relationship between the development of digital technology and organizational change.</ns1:description>
