  <dc:description xml:lang="srp">Sažetak: Predmet ovog rada predstavlja prikaz najznačajnijih modela strategijske analize od značaja za poslovanje preduzeća i donošenje strategijskih odluka od strane menadžera i rukovodilaca. U današnjem pristupu menadžmentu, čini se da nije moguće upravljati organizacijom bez strateškog razmišljanja. Menadžer mora znati strateški položaj organizacije, razumeti uticaj promenljivih uslova, pratiti unutrašnje i spoljno okruženje kompanije i izabrati pravo vreme za promenu strategije. Strategijski menadžment je najuzbudljiviji aspekt upravljačke discipline. Strategijsko upravljanje se bavi uspehom i neuspehom, sposobnošću planiranja bitaka i pobede protivnika. Strategijski menadžment je menadžment usmeren na postizanje ciljeva organizacije. U radu su detaljno objašnjena četiri modela strategijske analize od značaja za poslovanje preduzeća i donošenje strategijskih odluka i to: SWOT analiza, PEST analiza, McKinsey analiza i BCG matrica. Detaljnom analizom sadržaja pokušali smo da ukažemo svim zainteresovanim stranama, a pre svega menadžerima i rukovodiocima, koliko je značajno poznavati i koristiti izabrane strategijske analize u poslovanju preduzećem te ih ohrabriti da koriste iste, radi poboljšanja poslovne situacije u sve dinamičnijem poslovnom okruženju. Preduzeća stalno pribegavaju strategijskom upravljanju kako bi se prilagodila promeni spoljnih ili unutrašnjih uslova. Cilj rada je prikaz najznačajnije strategijske analize od značaja za uspešno donošenje strategijskih odluka, kao i za uspešno poslovanje preduzeća u dinamičnom i promenljivom poslovnom okruženju.</dc:description>
  <dc:description xml:lang="eng">Abstract: The subject of paper is a presentation of the most
important models of strategic analysis of importance for
business operations and strategic decision-making by
managers and executives. Strategic thinking is a necessary
approach to today&apos;s business management. The knowledge of
the external and internal environment is of vital importance for
a manager to manage the company and make strategic
decisions. The starting point for strategic management is
strategic analysis. The goals of the organization are met
precisely thanks to strategic management. The paper explains
in detail the four models of strategic analysis which are of
importance for business operations and strategic decision-
making, namely the SWOT analysis, PEST analysis, McKinsey
analysis and the BCG matrix. Through a detailed content
analysis, we tried to show all stakeholders, especially
managers and executives, how important for them it is to know
and use selected strategic analyses in business and encourage
the aforementioned stakeholders to use them to improve the
business situation in an increasingly dynamic business
environment. Adaptation to changes in the external and
internal environment is possible only if strategic management
is implemented. In a dynamic and constantly changing business
environment, for successful decision-making, as well as for
successful in business, it is necessary to use certain strategic
analyses. The aim of this paper is to present the most important
strategic analyses to all stakeholders, which can improve and
enhance their business.</dc:description>
